Burke Cromer Cremonese, LLC was founded in July 2013 with the guiding principle that every client is our most important client. Situated in downtown Pittsburgh, BCC offers a full range of litigation and business law services. Mr. Cremonese states, “Successful outcomes begin with a thorough understanding of our clients and their objectives. We use our litigation experiences to help our clients avoid the process in the future.” Ms. Burke added, “We understand that no one likes to be involved in litigation and in many cases litigation is a last resort. Our goal is to implement strategies that will minimize the impact of litigation on our clients.”

Ms. Burke is a litigator in the areas of both professional and general liability. She represents insurance agents, brokers, real estate agents, lawyers, home inspectors, accountants, and officers/directors, and is highly experienced in all general insurance defense areas, including automobile law, premises liability, products liability, and defending insurance carriers in bad faith lawsuits. She is also active in a number of local and state legal associations.

Mr. Cromer concentrates his law practice in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, employment law, professional negligence, construction law, and general insurance matters. His background in complex litigation allows him to provide counsel and solve issues in a cost-efficient and timely manner.  He began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Thomas D. Lambros of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and has become an experienced litigator with 30 years of experience representing clients in and out of court. He is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the West Virginia Bar Association.

Mr. Cremonese focuses his practices on construction law, professional liability, and business law. His clients have included architects, engineers, and design-builders throughout all phases of design and building, as well as real estate owners and developers, and those in the energy and logistics industries. Mr. Cremonese is an active member of the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects, where he frequently presents seminars related to construction law.
