INSURANCE COVERAGE AND BAD FAITH LITIGATION
BCC provides insurance coverage analysis and opinions for insurance companies in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. This includes analyzing personal and commercial auto, homeowner, commercial property, commercial general liability, umbrella or excess liability and professional liability policies, and providing coverage opinions. We litigate coverage disputes in state and federal courts. We work with our insurance clients to reach the best business decision. BCC handles bad faith and extra contractual matters, and counsel our clients on claims analysis and handling before suits are brought.
